We have a rewarding opportunity available within our OTA Sales Department. As an ongoing position, we are actively seeking experienced closers who possess exceptional salesmanship skills and consistently deliver impressive results in high-end sales. The Sales Representatives (SRs) will benefit from a steady stream of qualified leads, ensuring they are connecting with customers who are already interested. Our SRs are responsible for managing their own sales funnel while also playing a pivotal role in shaping our customers' experience. They understand that their impact extends beyond mere "selling" — they are ambassadors of our brand and must embody professionalism, effective communication, and the ability to forge meaningful connections. Furthermore, they possess a genuine passion for helping customers achieve peak athletic success. Our SRs are well-versed in navigating the intricacies of the sales process, skillfully guiding customers on a carefully crafted journey that leaves them eager to make a purchase.


Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM, escalating to Support team as needed
Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective
Allow the Sales Lead and SM to shadow calls and give feedback
Available most days from 9 am-5 pm local time to take calls
Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
Collaborate with the Sales Lead, GM, and Customer Success Manager to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Sales Lead and GM
Collaborate with CS to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond


Good over the phone / FB / video conference
Experience with both business to business & business to customers (B2B or B2C) sales (1-2+ years)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent at building rapport
Open to learning new processes in sales
Are routine driven
Open to growing rapidly
Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Lead and GM
