For Starter and Elevate Plans:

Is there a money-back guarantee?

There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel your membership at any time. We understand that an athlete's circumstances can change, and your training program should reflect that.

You choose the program that best suits your needs and pay an initial enrollment fee.
After the initial fee, you'll have ongoing access to your OTA Coach and program for a monthly fee of $297.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Can I train with a friend or is this a solo program?

While our programs are designed for individual optimization, we can certainly accommodate training with a friend who shares similar goals and fitness levels!

Here's how it works:

You'll each enroll in the program that best suits your individual needs and fitness levels. While your core workouts will be personalized, there may be opportunities for partner exercises within the program itself.
Your coach will consider your shared goals and adjust exercise parameters (sets, reps, weight) to ensure each athlete is challenged and progressing effectively.
Communication is key! Let your coach know you'd like to train together, and they can collaborate with you to ensure a safe and effective training experience for both of you.

Although the core program remains individualized, incorporating a training buddy can add a motivational element and enhance your overall training experience.

Do I need to be a professional athlete to benefit from your program?

How is my custom program delivered?

Your custom program will be delivered conveniently through the OTA Elite App. You'll have access to your personalized workout plan, exercise videos, progress tracking tools, and a direct line of communication with your coach, all within the app. This ensures easy access to your training materials and facilitates seamless communication with your coach.

Is this an off-season or in-season program?

Our programs are built for year-round success! Whether you're in peak season or focused on off-season gains, we can tailor a plan to elevate your performance. Consistent training throughout the year is key, and OTA Elite helps you maximize both off-season development and in-season dominance.
