What up Squad.

Hope you’re having an awesome week.

I don’t know if you got a chance to check out #4 of the Top 10 Vertical Jump Drills, but here it is

—–> #4 Med Ball Power Toss

Today I wanted to show you number 3. We’re coming down to the last couple of exercises. So you know what that means!

The Flight System will be launching in a week and few days.

It’s so close, I can just feel all the inches being gained through this program.

This is honestly one of the best programs out there and I’m excited to have you guys be a part of this monumental moment in vertical jump training.

It’s taken me 3 years to perfect The Flight System. I started testing it out on myself, and then I started using my athletes as guinea pigs.

Now it’s time for the world to see how I’ve helped hundreds of athletes obtain athletic scholarships and walk onto the pros.

If you want to be a part of this monumental moment and get your hands on a good ass deal for The Flight System then sign up for my early birds list —–> The Flight System.

Now let’s get to #3 of the Top 10 Vertical Jump Drills.

#3 Rebound Vertical Jump

The rebound vertical jump is an awesome exercise that teaches your body to absorb energy and quickly release it.

Verkhoshansky is the father of plyometrics and he was the one that created this exercise.

Originally it was a test to see how high an athlete could jump using this technique.

He had two other tests that he would run athletes through and every time the rebound vertical jump took the cake.

Everyone’s jump was significantly higher when they jumped off a platform, absorbed the shock, and quickly jumped up.

The reason for this is because when you initially jump off the platform you create energy in your legs when your feet touch the ground.

All that energy needs to go somewhere, so you either jump right back up and release it, or it dissipates and turns into heat inside your body.

Now the obvious route we want to go with is jumping right back up to teach our bodies to release high amounts of energy vertically in order to increase our vertical jump.

Give this exercise a shot next time you’re at the gym and let me know what you think.

Holler,
