What’s going on OTA,

Are you ready to start off the next series!

I’ve gotten a surplus of speed related questions in the last 2 months. It seems like a lot of you guys are ready to learn the proper way to increasing your speed.

You see when I first started my journey (to play D1 football),  junior year of high school, my main focus was to decrease my 40 yard dash time.

I was so set on becoming faster that all the negative comments I heard along the way didn’t phase me.

Even when my coach told me to give up, that speed is 100% genetics and that I wasn’t going to get much faster.

At least not enough to play D1 football.

I used all these comments to fuel my drive.

There will be a lot of people in this world that don’t want to see you succeed. And I truly believe that this negativity comes from within them.

They see something in you, they wish they had.

So don’t ever let someone’s opinion of your goal or life affect you in any way.

Just think, if I would of let any of those comments hinder my drive, you probably wouldn’t be reading this email, learning the exact same thing I was focusing on back in the day.
