Now a little confession.

If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been releasing 1 video a day for the past week on my youtube channel, Overtime Athletes

This is a gift from me to you. I wanted to overload your feed with new videos so you can get the most out of your sprinting.

All the videos I’ve released so far have been pertaining to speed, specifically running mechanics.

You see, from all the years I’ve been training athletes I’ve noticed that at least 95% of them were slow

due to their muscular imbalances and faulty recruitment patterns.

This was when I realized that athletes have been training speed the wrong way.

The moment I started training each phase of the sprint individually, was when I started seeing crazy results with my athletes.
