Hope you guys have been killin’ it while I’ve been MIA.

Sorry for that, but I have a good reason. I’ve been having non-stop masterminds with different friends from the industry.

We’re getting a new face lift, hosting a couple of seminars in the U.S., coming out with much needed programs that any athlete can benefit from, and much more. But I’ll get to that when the time comes.

As for now, I want to concentrate on giving you guys content.

You see, after the release of The Flight System, it became clear to me how much you guys want to learn from Overtime.

It became clear how many of you rely on OTA to provide you with the best information out there so you can reach your athletic goals.

And that’s all I want. I want to be able to help every single athlete that comes into OTA. That has been my mission since day 1 and will forever be the reason OTA exists.
