Consistency and Discipline

Yo!

What’s goin’ on Overtime?

As I mentioned in yesterday’s message, it’s the time of year when most athletes are getting into the swing of things in terms of offseason training.

Now is the time to transform yourself into the player you want to become…

OR

It’s the time that you get lazy, take it easy, and procrastinate.

Which will you choose?

If you want to be that ELITE player on the field, it’ll take commitment, discipline, and good decision making.

This means sacrificing time with friends to work on your skills, get a lift in, or do some corrective stretching,

It means waking up at the crack of dawn to get that morning run in,

It means going to bed early to stay consistent with your effective habits.

And you’ll have to do this EVERY DAY.

I know it’s not easy, but trust me…

If you have a deep desire to be that top-level athlete, crush your competition, and impress scouts, this is what it takes.

Recently I had a talk with my boy Trey Wilson, a former NFL Athlete, about these topics.

If you need some perspective on what it really takes to become an ELITE athlete, this video will be very beneficial to you.

And by the way…

If you’re confused on where to start with your offseason training, stay tuned…

On Friday I’ll have something very valuable for you.

Holler,
